Liebe Geocacherin und Geocacher,
Normalerweise schreibe ich nicht so viel ausführliches, dieses mal ist es anders, da ich Vorstellen und Klar stellen muss.
Worum geht es?
Es geht um ein Adventure Lab Cache Wälderhaus/ Woodhause HH Link: https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/1ced1f99-941b-4815-9a36-dd56572a0434, dieser wurde am 19.03.2024 Test gespielt und Alfa Test von einem Geocacher, wurde auf anraten des Hauses noch mal sicherheitshalber deaktiviert um genaueres zu klären mit dem Pädagogen (der auch Geocaching spielt) für das Wald Ausstellung vor Ort und der Chefin, dass es weitergeht später mit zweiter Erlaubnis.
Der Lab ist leider zu früh rein gestellt worden, so das nicht alle es wissen konnten im Haus.
Es geht um die Kernfragen:
– wer seit ihr Geocacher?
– Liegt eine Dose? – Dies wird beneint, da ich aus Prinzip und Gäste ich nicht lege und Regeln des Hauses nicht möglich ist, da die Ausstellung so weit es geht geschont werden müssen.
– muss das Personal an der Kasse oder Rezeption bescheid gesagt werden, ich denke ja, da in Kenntnis gesetzt werden müssen, weil wir schon Vandalismus hatten im Museum Bereich, nicht nur auch in WC Bereiche, weil es im öffentlichen Berich ist.
– Wie lange kann der Lab stehen belieben mit Eintritt frei, wenn falls der Fälle Eintritt kostet, die Geocacher bevorzugt werden keinen Eintrit zu zahlen? – Grund sind die Lab Regeln, dass keine Kosten entstehen sollen und die nicht auf gebürdet werden sollen den Geocacher, da Geocacher dies als Hobby machen.
– Ablauf in Veranstaltung Ebene 1. OG ob dies Stört oder Unauffällig weiter geht mit dem Lab muss ebenfalls berücksichtigt werden, obwohl die Empore Ebene 1.Og öffentlich ist, auch hier ist eine Galerie vorhanden, die man Anschauen darf.
– Falls Öffnungszeiten bedenken auftreten oder Äderungen sind, muss dies mit abgestimmt werden.
– eventuelle Korrekturen
Dieses alles und mehr werde ich mit dem besprechen auf Geocacher Art, da er Geocaching auch spielt und mich eventuell mehr versteht als jeder andere im Haus.
Deshalb bin ich und das Haus vorsichtig um alle Probleme und Komplikationen aus dem Weg zu räumen und zu verständigen, da das Haus Teile nicht öffentlich bis öffentlich ist, muss dies berücksichtigt und Rücksicht genommen werden.
Nebenbei, ich hatte die auch schon mal angesprochen wegen des Lab und hatten erstmal kein Problem, aber ich sollte nochmal den Pädagogen fragen, was er davon hält und das er weiß das die Runde gibt.
Ihr fragt wann ist der Lab wieder aktiv?
Antwort kann ich erstmal nicht genaues sagen, außer, wenn alles OK und besprochen ist würde ich das Teil wieder online stellen mit Freude, so bald wie möglich.
In absehbarer Zeit spreche ich behutsam mit der besagten Person, falls ich dies nicht vergesse, nächste Woche oder drauf. (13 und 14 KW in 2024) – Bis dahin Pausiert der Lab für eine Weile.
Geplant nach der Aktivierung einige Deaktivierung zwischen paar Uhrzeiten für das erste mal, um Cluster Ansturm zu verhindern und unnötiges kommen außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten gewähren um auch eine Pause des Ansturmes eine Verschnaufpause zu gönnen des Hauses. Es geht um die zweite Station Museum ab da.
Ich denke dies ist zu 90 Prozent wird er einschlagen wie eine Bombe der Lab, da auch im Haus einige sehr begeistert sind, da wir auch viele erneute Besucher Bekommen und weitersagen können, was Nachhaltigkeit und Wald angeht, also es Lohnt sich vorbei zu schauen.

- If opening times concerns arise or there are veins, this must be agreed upon.
I will discuss all this and more with him in a geocacher way, since he also plays geocaching and may understand me more than anyone else in the house.

I can’t give a precise answer at the moment, except that if everything is OK and discussed, I would be happy to put the part back online as soon as possible.

After activation, some deactivation is planned between a few times for the first time in order to prevent cluster rushes and to allow unnecessary arrivals outside opening hours in order to give the house a break from the rush. It’s about the second stop museum from there.
